    ComputeNext creates an internal ticket and responds by email to the customer and will provide an ETA for the communication or a resolution.

  • Resolution

    ComputeNext will resolve or provide an ETA for the resolution if the issue is within ComputeNext’s scope. If the issue is external, ComputeNext will open a ticket with the provider.

  • Communication

    ComputeNext will communicate with the customer a resolution or progress or an action plan
