Do I Need To Sign In To View The Marketplace?

We pride ourselves on being an open marketplace for cloud services, today it isn’t necessary to sign in to view resources but it is necessary if you’d like to test-drive, build, or buy IaaS.

Do I Need To Provide My Credit Card Info For Signing In?

While you need an account to be able to log in and view resources and cloud provider offerings, it is not necessary to provide your credit card information until you are ready to make a purchase and deploy.

Can I Use A Restful API To Directly Provision VMs and Storage?

Our marketplace was built with programmatic access in mind. Our RESTful API is available under the Documentation tab, and will provide you with all the commands necessary to access IaaS, storage, software, and services systematically. There is also Documentation for jclouds connectivity.

The Provisioning Is Taking A Long Time, Is This Normal?

Our average provisioning time reflects the amount of time it has taken machines to provision at any given provider over the period of time they have been available on our marketplace and might not fully reflect provisioning performance. You can try refreshing the page if any machine takes longer than 5-10 minutes.

How Do I Cancel My Service?

To cancel your account, first make sure that you deprovision your machines. Access your Management tab and delete any resources which have an active state called “Created.” Feel free to Contact Us direct and we will guide you along the process and assist in ensuring your billing information and methods are removed from the system.

I Have A Dispute With Usage Data, How Do I Handle This?

First make sure to verify your current workload which have an active state called “Created.” Access your Management tab to do so and verify your usage. Then please Contact Us directly and our team will personally respond to your dispute.
